By accessing or using FloatMessage ("the Service"), operated by FloatMessage ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FloatMessage provides a platform for creating and displaying floating messages, popups, banners, and live chat widgets on websites. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, embeddable scripts, a WordPress plugin, and related APIs.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Trial and Payments
New accounts receive a free 30-day trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to distribute harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FloatMessage and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloatMessage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
